Option 1: Manage It Yourself Online

  • Click here: [Manage My Booking]

  • Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top corner

  • Sign in using your mobile number — you’ll receive a quick code via SMS

  • Once signed in, tap the menu again then click your name.

  • From there, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment instantly

    • View your upcoming and past appointments

    • Reschedule or cancel directly

    • See your Series Packages (these are the packages on your file)

It’s the easiest way to stay on top of your bookings and remaining treatments. 💚

Option 2: Check Your Confirmation Email

  • Open your original appointment confirmation email and click the 'Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment'.

  • You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance.

  • For last-minute changes, please call your clinic directly
